Why is it not OK to use Aspirin or Advil? What does it do to hair transplants patients? Is it OK to use them infrequently or in small doses?

They can increase the bleeding during surgery. This is not good.

I have to use aspirin every day because of my chronic headaches. Even then, it doesn't always work. I might have a problem with rebound headaches, but that doesn't explain why I got headaches in the first place. It probably doesn't help that I use sleeping pills because I can't sleep on my own. The anxiety and depression from my hair loss led to frequent use of drugs to manage it. If I had never lost my hair, then I wouldn't have needed to take so many pills.
