Hi future Physician Assistants! ⚕️
“You only need one program to say yes”
I remember hearing this all throughout undergrad as a Pre-PA student, as I’m sure many of you out there have as well.
But the thing is, you only have ONE opportunity to go to PA school. That’s it. And the PA program you attend will help lay the foundation of who will be as a future Physician Assistant. So you want to make sure you are going to a program that is suited well for you. A place that inspires you as well and challenges and supports you.
With that said, there are hundreds of PA programs in the U.S, so the task of choosing “the one” can be a bit daunting.
In this week's video I break down the things I considered when choosing which PA program to apply to, and I hope it helps some of you out there who currently are struggling with paralysis of choice or simply don’t know where to begin when choosing your perfect PA school.
