Keep up the vids yours is my favorite. Did you get the battery shut off working? How’s that new tractor. I love the old iron much better. In my younger day I used to run one for the farm I worked on. Love your stories and keep up the entertaining work.

You can't put the switch on the ground, because it will still be grounded just by contact with the switch itself no matter which way you turn it.

You mentioned the 4020 does not start as easily now with a turbo why is that?

Turbo Diesel engines generally have lower compression than naturally aspirated Diesels at start up, idle, and low RPMs. The turbo kicks in as the RPMs advance and hence increase the compression ratio. Higher compression allows a Diesel engine to start easier.
