okay let me clear this once and for all .... Beyonder was first introduce or sud i say created by ' Jim Shooter ' ( he is a former Marvel chief editor ) in 1984 . He introduced this character , here I wouldn't say created because the concept of Beyonder is being beyond anything even beyond the writers and even beyond time, creation , anything .. so he already exist and all Jim shooter had to do is put into perspective to us ' readers ' . Beyonder is a concept which is beyond anything just to be precise beyond Marvel. So what's beyond a comic franchise ?? Anything and i mean anything .... the outside world , real world , 4th wall , other comic franchise and even beyond our human understanding. That's the def.of Beyond .... anything except Marvel universe . And incase u r wondering how come the writers retconed him ?? That's basically because he said * whatever he thought becomes reality* He made himself Nerf tbh...but the beyond concept still exists even if the writers completely remove the character. Its simply there.
