I appreciate these clips are edited and snippets of what goes on but interesting to compare this to Burchnalls mic'd up session at Forest Green regarding the style of communication and input from the assistants, good to see Ryan Harley talking to the players

I saw Burchnalls, Burchnall definitely more tactical & personal this guy seems to be a motivator
