FGR FANS be prepared for opposing teams to press hard while you pass/piss around at the back, (not good for your health!, ) in the hope of creating more space in Midfield and going forward, this is the only plan IB has, Notts were defensively very poor and IB couldn't sort this out during the course of the season. IB failed at Notts but to be fair did play some attractive attacking football, you will also see lots of possession and passing around the edge of the opposition box while the team attempt to work a killer pass, Though not a passionate manager he is a really nice bloke and I wish him (and Michael Doyle) well.

He didn’t deserve the league two champions job watched his teams play against Torquay 3 times and all we done was press them then get Danny Wright on the diagonal they couldn’t handle it
