You can also roast the pig tongue in the fireside until its cooked through. Dice it, add raw onions, a little garlic, lots of hot pepper and salt. Mix and enjoy

Vedesh that's the way to do proper geera. I grew up eating pork and this is the way I learnt to do it. No curry tho. I don't eat it anymore so I do the geera chicken this way. I know its gonna taste boss.

Best way to get all the meat out of the head, after you roast it boil the pig head in a pot of water all the meat just comes right off.
