Sunday Feast: Baked Fish, Stew Pork, Curry Duck, Geera Turkey, Potato Salad, Noodles

This was a last-minute Sunday cook up with the family. We showed some different techniques in cooking some known dishes. Leah prepared baked fish in butter sauce with lots of veges, potato salad, and noodles. Helen made some delicious curry duck with basmati rice. I made stew pork, and Kevin did some geera turkey. The kids had lots of fun cooling off by splashing in the pool.

Vedesh I had a deep freeze like that and I could never find what I looking for in it. I then invested in a standing one. To have a piece of mind and time next time get a standing one. Real nice over nice. Everything looks yum

Every other week Alyuh have this same problem with finding thing in the freezer 😂 get 3 small cheap plastic containers with the big holes and put it in and have one for seafood, one for pork and one for poultry 😂

I usually get large freezer bags and write what’s inside. Also keep breakfast pancakes away from the meat and fish. Smell transfers. 😊
