The shotgun should be in the small house near the little bed... Also, check the steeple on the roof of the main house for some goodies. This mod is also on Xbox and I use it as a player home. Love the mod.

Played with this mod back on Ps4 and decided to grab the PC version during a new play through on Steam Deck. Hands down one of my fav housing mods. Thanks for the video, because I spent way too long trying to figure out where Artyom's keycard was, and where the damn switch for the hidden power armor room happened to be. Btw, having the vid play in the background while I played on the deck was super soothing. Love your voice! /subbed

I've used the mod for the past two years. I highly recommend placing turrets on the wall in the build area. I get attacked regularly. I rarely use the house but I keep a couple of my favorite followers in the settlement area. I've provided them with lots of activities so they don't get bored when I forget about them for a couple of weeks. I need to check the garage because I think I might have left one of my favorite power armor there about 2 or so years ago. I forgot I have this mod and haven't been there in over a year 😮🤦

The house itself is certainly nice, as is the pool house :) Also like the idea of a secret area being on the property as well. The layout is unique, and perhaps takes some getting used to, but in the end it's certainly a nice property with a lot to offer (yeah, the pool house mainly XD).

The key in the uniform pocket is for the gun case which contains a legendary 2 shot PPK.

Funny , in our home we have the under the steps closet from the previous owner. For Christmas my girls gave me a little plaque that says "Harry's Room" and they hung thier Wizarding robes there. Thank you , hearing you always makes me happy.

I like this settlement mod, the buildable space ain't much more than a backyard (Covenant looks huge by comparison), but it's a nice setup, and there is a destroyed building slightly southeast I think that spawns enemies like every 48 hours to farm weapons to scrap. I suppose I could make a video tour of it built up, be all of like 5 minutes.

Well its not really tardicy, its well proportioned, cut to shape and just a tad bigger on the inside, nothing to complain about. there are other mods, especially in skyrim, but i guess in FO-X too, that are real Tardis's.

Only gripes I really have The power armor bunker only has 6 sets washed had more to display the unique sets especially since we git like 5 6 CC sets now Buikd area little smol for ny liking ( more a personal problem) None work benches inside are connected to each other or the "settlement" Beyond that Its my absolute Favorite Home What really sells me how wall weapons are catagorized storage abd how armor abd ammo storage

Cleanroom suit, I think, rather than a Hasmat suit. Could be he worked on some Institute related project (note the institute power armor).

I really like this one even though without a way to add turrets it will feel very exposed. Then again that wrought iron gate out front just radiates vibes of solidity and impenetrable fortress. No raider would think about hopping the fence or even trying to mess with you. Raider : "Give me all your caps!" Home Owner : "Nope, sorry mate you may as well put that rocket launcher away 'cause I have closed my wrought iron front gate and, as you can see by this here key in my hand, ...locked it" Raider: Dang it! I will certainly play Fallout London - I can't wait!:) My name came from an old game called Neverwinter Nights 2. It had a name generator and I used that to get a name because I couldn't choose one for myself. This is what it gave me and I've been Febrith Darkstar ever since:)

I love this one , there's also a key underneath the mat outside in front of the door along the side door I was wondering have you ever seen a little player home mod called the remote cabin by dunwich builders? It's pretty cool and gives you like custom crafting stations and a bunch of stuff like a booze bench I don't know like I love it

And on this one there's a little side quest and you can go and hide underneath like this little tunnel and investigate like this mushroom mixture. Also there's a workshop anywhere by Tim timmons that I use when I'm wanting to build or scrap outside of my settlements area. If I'm just trying to scrap stuff I use the little portable camp fire but I'm on PS4. Oh when you go to get that nuclear mushroom make sure you have extra hazmat suit like cuz I ended up falling and not jumping across and running away really fast and I died like immediately and I use all the cheats

@@FebrithDarkstar yeah I'm on PS4 that makes sense but still I've downloaded a lot of the mods that you've showcased and some have problems most are okay though to run. But still I love your content keep it up and if I ever do get a PC yours is the first place I'm going to go to for all my Skyrim content. But yeah there's not a whole lot of mod reviews regarding homes for PS4 content it's mostly the same content that's been there for 6 years now and most of it's outdated and or does not run correctly whatsoever.
