May I ask why the Supreme Court did not rule that IATF Res. 148-B and 149 which require MANDATORY VACCINATION as UNCONSTITUTIONAL and ILLEGAL???

There was a case filed I think by Atty. Montemayor but the govt changed the policy so the case was rendered moot and academic. that is why there no decision as of now

@@LawPHnow when it ceases to present a justiciable controversy by virtue of supervening events, so that an adjudication of the case or a declaration on the issue would be of no practical value or use. Ibig sabihin wala ng kwenta pang desisyunan kasi nangyari na at di na maibabalik pa kahit desisyunan pa ng korte. halimbawa ipinagbawal ng batas ang paglabas ng walang mask kaya nagfile ng kaso sa korte.. kaso inalis at pinawalang bisa ang batas kaya ang korte di na dedesisyunan ang kaso dahil tapos na - moot and academic
