Really helpful thank you. I'm Senior PM tasked with procuring and implementing a CRM. The Strategy is ambiguous, driven top down with not much buy in from local stakeholders. My initial scope is for Marketing and as usually the case they want the solution tomorrow not giving me the time and resources I need for planning and getting the thinking right. Is there any shortcut towards a small CRM implementation?

Good presentation. What will be the approach for an upgrade of CRM 2011 to CRM 2013? The User interface is very different and in many case it will change the user stories for the day to day job. Do you start a new project for that?
