Great video on KPIs! These will all be helpful in tracking and keeping your project on track or understand where and how much to course correct. I don't think I would be using the Resource Utilization KPI though...sounds like too much work for the amount of value.

Hi maam, i am an undergraduate of project management and now i am supposed to a research , i am interested to do my research linking project management with IT industry . If so, about which aspects/problems should i identify to come up with exact research topic which linked project management with it industry .
