What if comparison of two things is given in mix...like in start passage is defining about one thing then he give some detail of second and then again first thing and then second . Like he switches from one things to another

When the details are mixed, which means that the writer is comparing each (contrasting) aspect of the given idea, instead of giving all aspects of one and then of the other, in this case you may choose to change the order of the paragraph as it will allow you to easily reduce the word limit. However, following the given order will make it impossible to reduce the original to one-third precis.

Mam, if we have 2-3 examples in a passage. While making precis, if we remove all, it becomes 1/4 of the original passage. Is it ok? Or should we add atleast one example to make it 1/3? Thank you.
