Did you do the full layout? This is by far the most creative decking layout you've done so far. Your blowing me away with each video. It just keeps getting better and better!

Yes. Livewell was in back. Gutted entire back, made it open. Moved livewell up front with completely new tub and plumbing. Removed steering consol, added 3 ft to front deck in place of it. Added step to deck for batteries. Upsized hatch in front with recessed trolling motor tray. Added cockpit side panel steps. Only thing original is the factory rod locker location and panel, although it got a new lid. More to be shown and explained in the reveal/build video when complete. Very informative! I think it is also worth mentioning that if you use countersink rivets you should also match the degree of angle and rivit diameter of the rivit to the bit you are counter sinking with.
