Thank you. I've just started using precision mechanisms and had planned on manually moving incomplete ones from the output to input chest. Your design is amazingly simple/compact. Can't wait to make it in my create world. So many of the videos for create I've found have been 0.3.1/0.3.2, and over a year old. Great video man! very helpful and compared to the other guides is up to date! I will say tho, as a complete newbie with Create I did have to do a double take with funnels and the vault storage to make this work, as I did not know that they switch between 'directions' based on their placements. Might wanna give a quick mention about it in the future for all the newbies out there!

for the water wheel users, this Precision Mechanisms contraption will take you about 9 wheels or more if you set is to a big rotationnal speed

This was great! The only thing that would have made it even better would have been to explain how to set an output for the mechanical arm. I'm sure most people already knew it, but as someone new to create mod this took an embarrassingly long time to figure out

A tip: I haven't confirmed this with your design, but it works with mine. If you swap out the final deployer with a mechanical press, it can be used as a rail factory.

You know, if only taking one item out, you can use just that item as a filter. However, at least imo, you should have a tunnell on all inputs (the dogs and nugget). Then you can both use the vault as a mega-storage, and you can auto re-use the outputs from failures. Not to mention the sorting allows you to use a single barbell for all 4 inputs!

On the brass funnel, could you not just apply the incomplete mechanism straight to the funnel's filter slot, rather than crafting an entire filter for a single item?

You'll have to do the process manual reloading it to get the precision mechanism(s) in order to get the mechanical arms. You forgot to mention that but otherwise nice machine.

Can't you use some brass funnels on the back of the barrels and setup the arms to recycle the scrap back into them?

Why make the storage thingy for the incomplete mechanism if you can just make it go straight across to the other side?

Why do you need the vault? Just use 1 arm to send from 1 depot to the other? Cuts out almost 50% of the resources and does the same thing? (If you must store the items anyway use a belt with a barrel along the back going the opposite way) Thanks for the lay out though. Makes this so much easier to design in my own head instead of over complicating it in a world by world basis.

Heyo, I've followed your tutorial but the machine won't add the iron nuggets. Also in the recipe in the last Step there isn't a picture of what I have to add an if I hover over it it says invalid. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi @Skeej_Inc , this setup works great in my test world, however at 9:09 when you mention that a precision mechanism is required to be produced first, I came across the problem of trying to build your unbreakable steam engine in survival on the server I play on, as it needs a speed controller and a mechanical arm, both of which need a precision mechanism. As such I couldn't build this in survival either as I don't have the mechanical arm's precision mechanism. I would not dare to ask you to make a new system and video where the arm is not required, but maybe you have a suggestiong for doing this on a survival server?

you can just manually move the incomplete one through the system (moving if from barrel at the end to the front one) until you craft a precision mechanism and then can make the arms to make it fully self-running

you can make this a lot smaller without the need for mechanical arms, you can use weighted ejectors instead and then just have the items fall out of the vault into a hopper attatched to the input barrel
