@@ccapturee if I remember correctly you have to use the tome first then use the blaze enchanter. They may have patched it out on newer versions though

The conductors from Create Steam and Rails can be used for a lot more controlling trains. You can give them a toolbox, and when you equip something from the toolbox they follow you. If you give them a pair of goggles, you can pair an item that I forgot the name of that allows you to control them remotely and go through the vent blocks. You can use Redstone links with them but I have never figured out how to use them. And when they are conducting a train there is a whistle that you can bind to them that allows you to summon the train they are controlling. Edit: just remembered that if you are wearing the same hat as the conductor you can make them interact with Redstone.

One of my favourite underrated mods: some assembly required. It goes so perfectly well with farmer's delight and create, and allows you to make sandwiches out of any edible thing in the game. You can make giant factories pumping out conveyers of burgers if you want to, it's lovely.

newer versions of create deco have omitted either netherite or cast iron in favor of the other (i remember which), undergone a major texture rework, simplified the brick making to use palette stones instead of dyes, added new things such as shipping containers as fashionable alternatives to item vaults, and made most metal-type blocks craftable through a stonecutter

Dynamic Villages hasn't been updated to 1.20+ and dev says they probably won't so it's useless at this point, I think. I was going to download it as my progression so far is mid to late game in my newest world and I thought it would be nice to buy things instead of crafting them. Like fluid tanks. I hate crafting those and I'm not going to set up a mechanical crafter just to make tanks. That becomes a pain as well after a while. It's slow and can't do batches.

If there's any Create addon you wouldn't see me play without it would be Create Steam and Rails. The QOL and additions Steam and Rails provides are something that makes the mod essential! I know some more Create addons I like to play with but weren't mentioned are Power Loader, Connected, Copycats+, Design n' Decor, Bells n' Whistles, and Interiors (all start with Create but I cut the name for brevity), most mods I have cited are add building blocks excluding Connected, but other than that I have mods that are cross-compatibility, like Ars Creo. Also can you link the mods in the description? Just helpful in case anyone checks out the video looking for addons to install alongside Create.

One thing that everybody seems to miss in create new age is the recipe to use electricity with a bottle to create a bottle o' enchanting. Hook that up to a drain and put it on a loop and you're looking at fully automated leveling, no mobs needed. Combine that with automated enchanting and you can pump the gas really hard.

Hey, this is a great video, but I feel as though it would be a good idea to give a disclaimer for the poor performance of create interactive due to a memory leak caused whenever contraptions disasemble. Its caused in such a way that it wouldn't be noticable on a survival world/server until its a large inconvenience to uninstall and fix all damage caused by ghost ships. Great video though, helping me put together my new modpack after interactive wrecked my server :p

I'm making an addon that attempts to extend create further into the "oceanic" range while adding a load of recipes, I'm really struggling with inspiration for what to add but I will finish it eventually. It will be a mostly item-based mod and will not add any functional create machines since I'm lazy and don't want to code it. Will be released on forge when complete.

Build underwater bases! Something like a glass block but you can pump air into the bubble and it will expand the whole perimeter. I'm also a modder and I find setting block update rules really fun! You check the number of sides that are also bubble material and if there are >= 4, you expand towards the water block face. That'd give you an inflatable structure. Something similar for underwater trains, a way to make tunnels really easy. Maybe additional logic for sponges on trains and contraptions.

I’m surprised you didn’t talk about Renewable which allow you to create farms for every type of ingot in the game, including zinc and copper, meaning you could do a fully automatic brass farm. The addon is really simple but it pushes you to create more complex and interesting machines, and it gives a use to certain blocs which is quite interesting in my opinion !

Hey, just as a forewarning for anyone wanting to use Create: Mechanical Spawners on a server, it crashes internal servers as of writing this comment. Most likely due to C: MS being a MCreator mod, there's a lot of issues that it makes. Do not install it on a server, even if you want to test out the mod.
