Thank you for this video! I have a question about "when" to upscale in Kittl. I typically will Right click and "use as Background" to automatically enlarge it and center it, then release the image. At that point, I upscale and use BG Remover. Am I losing image quality by using that order?

Not at all and that's a great little trick you have! If you ever find it takes to much you can always undo the background removal and use another program or use my trick of downloading both with and without the background removed and bring back the missing pieces in Photoshop or Photopea or another editor.
