People should have compassion for both. Don't freaking praise God for saving one and taking another. It severely mentally hurts the family. You just all tell yourselves God takes whoever to make yourselves feel better about the concept of an all-knowing and all-powerful God allowing this to happen. I'm glad trump is alive and well, but one is dead, and 2 are critically injured. No one should be praising God for saving one and taking another. Horrific how much organized religion has brainwashed so many. I believe in god and jesus, but my God would not "save" and "take" like that. God doesn't take. God creates, God gives gifts, god saves lives. Satan takes lives. Satan takes souls. Satan only knows destruction. My God wouldn't allow Satan to take a man who was protecting his family, nor would he allow a former president to be taken. That's Satan wanting to take lives. And it boggles my mind that people don't understand that due to free will, God and Satan have equal power here on earth. It's only when you lose your body and step into the spirit realm that God becomes all powerful. That's when he judges you. That's when he sees if you're worthy for eternal happiness, worthy to go back to earth, or unworthy and sent to suffer eternally. God doesn't "take" souls. He guides them to him. Satan takes lives. Satan takes souls. IMHO.
