Awesome session, used 24kg until 2nd of burpee snatches, the swapped to 16kg and died a slow death. Loved it. Will be doing more for sure

I did all the exercises like you. Goblet squats and 2h swings I did with 28 kg, the rest with 24 kg. Reps in the first emom were 3,5,7,9,15 then 5,7,9,9,15 and last 7,9,12,12,15. Was fun but also very tiring. Thumbs up 🙂.

Happy new year! Managed to finish with 3 1/2 rounds on burpee snatches. Didn’t feel right and had to pause to finish the other side to round to 4 rounds. Used a 20KG KB.

I used my 24kg KB for everything besides the burped snatch I switched to my 30 lb KB and did 5 full rounds and felt like dying after that had to pause and get water after that

I've never had so much love for the pause button. I can't keep up at that pace......but ill get through all the exercises at a slightly slower pace. I also can't use the same weight for all exercises as I can just about manage 5 reps of the push press with a 24kg kettlebell. Being 53 and used to weigh 262lb but have dropped to 192lb after spending most of my life as a couch potato eating junk.

omg that was tough to finish. i used a 60, 71 and 80 for the goblets and 2hnd swings, i was dead by the 3 min burpee snatches and only did 2 sets of them

Did all five days of the “fitmas.” 24kg for everything except the swings with a 32kg. Pushed myself to scale up on the 3mom. Did alternating snatches instead of burpee snatches in an abundance of caution for my lower back. Keep it simple yet still tough.
