Whatever’s ahead man, be gentle with yourself. Self care and loving your self enough to do whatever life requires on a moment to moment basis is the only way forward. Isolation and shutting down only makes mental health and whatever else dig its talons in deeper. The irony that the treatment for anxiety and depression is to take baby steps in the opposite direction can be brutal but it took way too many years for me to figure it out. I struggled with depression and therefore struggled eith drug use for a long time. I used drugs and video games to push off my real issues for years. I abandoned family and friends out of embarrassment. I know that exact feeling. Face those issues head on man, adress them with yourself and vome to a conclusion on a resolution. After that, youve got to learn to let shit go. Honestly, i probably need to back away from cod right now and address some shit going on in my life currently before it compounds.

Probably because they can’t do anything, it came as a sudden shock. And the help was refused so there is nothing they can do. End of the day he is a player foremost…if he’s not going to play for them, not well enough to do content: and ultimately not feel like he can accept the help they offered/needs to step away then they just can’t keep him. In the least mean way possible most of them are probably disappointed he didn’t reach out and it ended up effecting the team.

Anyone who had paid attention to Pred in OpTics irl content videos can clearly see his eyes are always heavy, and we all know that weed is pretty common in the gaming scene. But due to this video and recent events, one might assume that he could be dealing with a more serious problem like opiates or Benzos. These drugs, like all drugs, directly correlate and severely affect one’s mental health. Pred talks about being embarrassed, being offered help, and real life problems catching up to him.
