How much fuel does it use when it’s running at almost full capacity running the a/c? How many hours and how much fuel does it hold?

Won’t run my 13.5 domestic. Kicks off immediately. Even with a soft start on the AC.

Didn't work for me the fan will stay running on my AC but the AC compressor itself will never kick on

I think I'm going to install a soft start just to be safe. Excited this Lil generator can run an ac. Already got the generator just have to fit out the ac next.

I just bought the exact same generator yesterday. Just like yours, my generator won't start in the START position either. It has to be in the RUN position for it to start. I wonder why?

I have to turn the fan on first then kick the air on to get it to work but then it’s good !

I found if I put the knob in between the low and high the compressor will kick on first then I turn the knob on low or high and it works every time. Once its running it stays even if the compressor kick on and off.

Not all at one. Get a 3500 or larger for that.

My predator 2000’s overload light came on when I had the fridge and AC running. It didn’t trip but I wouldn’t recommend pushing any generator right up against its limit for very long at all. The 3500 mentioned above could pull that off comfortably though.

It can’t run an AC for long. You will get an overload light on the genny after about 15-30 min

This did not work for me. Dometic 13,500 BTU AC in my Keystone Bullet Crossfire 1650ex... I can get it to run on AIR - low but it kicks every time the compressor kicks on. Question, there is something plugged into your 12v plug on the generator.

I’ve got a 2KW Champion inverter generator. I got it to work when I first got it, then when the compressor went off and back on it would cut power. I had to do the the fan speed hack to get it to run but not the way it should. I installed a soft start today and it made a world of difference. It starts better than it did with shore power before the install.

So is that a soft start capacitor? I did something similar to that so I could make it run on auto idol instead of running full blast all the time.

I've seen them run Dometic ac but never a Coleman, thats the first if your compressor actually kicked on.
