Are putting stronger valve springs required when removing the governor or bypassing it? And if so do you have a link or part number

What size jet did you put in that carb? I got the same exhaust and I bought an upgraded intake for it, but it doesn’t seem to run right I know I gotta put a bigger jet, but I’m not sure what size I should go with

Yes it sounds like it hits its max rpm at 4000 then it’s got another 1500 rpm after bypassing govenor.
