Idk why but I like the Hornhead and Ahab face off here 😂 the area around them and what's happening around them make it look hilarious, like Ahab is in a room with weapons and a random engenieer around and Hornhead is literally near a dead predator being inspected- and on top of that 2 characters are being executed while they're getting attacked by Xenomorphs...seems funny to me

Thank you!!😊 just used some of the dioramas I’ve built over the past few years and assembled them together to make it. I just wanted to find a fun way to showcase the collection. I may post some dio tutorials on my channel pretty soon or at least process breakdowns. In the mean time if you are wanting diorama tips just let me know😊

The stonework on the temple is superb. Did you use castings/molds, or did you carve each stone individually? If you can point to any postings of the construction techniques/materials that you used, either by you or others, it would be greatly appreciated ? Thanks and great job!

Thank you! And I use pink insulation foam board that you can get at Home Depot. I use a knife to carve the stone and I use a rough rock I found for texturing the foam. After that I use basic acrylic paints. I base coat black and then dry brush other tones. Overall it’s a relatively simple process. It just takes time and practice. Eventually, I want to do some tutorials here in the channel but haven’t got around to it yet.

Dang man, this is awesome. Idk if you know or are into Gunpla, but I am. I've wanted to make a diorama for a while but I'm hesitant. Afraid I'd mess it up lol. What kind of materials did you use?

I have not heard of Gunpla but I will check it out. I used pink insulation foam board for most of the building structures. It’s some of the easiest materials to use and there are plenty of tutorials. I started making dioramas about 8 years ago or so. I felt the same way as you, I didn’t want to mess it up but I decided to try it anyways and I remember making my first and it blew me away how good it turned out. Are there mistakes? Yes and my dioramas get better each time. Give it a shot lol you may surprise yourself. It’s very satisfying. Maybe I’ll post a few tutorials soon! Thanks!

@@rickyscreativecorner8107 I did paint this base I got a while back. It's a sheet of styrene plastic that has these craters in it. It was labeled lunar surface. I painted it to look like the ground of a battlefield on earth. Gunpla are model kits based on the anime Gundam. It's my main hobby, but I also love action figures as well. I've never owned one of the neca predators, but they look great.

I built the whole diorama from scratch besides the pillars, which I found at a local collectible shop. I also just posted a video comparing the two assassin Predators if you want to see the differences.
