Unless he was innocent. Did he have a prior history? Why would the wife still be in the same house after a true accusation? An accusation like this automatically and immediately ends the normal life of the man accused. Job termination, publicly shamed. He could have been justifiably suicidal. He pulled a gun so it was a legit shooting but never automatically presume guilt because of accusations.

I grew up in Reno. The criminal justice system there is a joke. A family member of mine had hours of surveillance video of her husband selling "h" and meth, and beating her, and choking her to unconsciousness multiple times. He got misdemeanor assault and was ordered to stay away. The hour he got out of jail, he went straight to her house, and the police didn't even come to remove him. He faced no consequences for felony assault, attempted murder, and more than 10 incidents of distribution. @@XeninaCalifornia it depends on local laws and your living situation. In my area by law we'd have to relocate you until the cleanup was finished. If your a private home owner the cost is on you and you can't live there until it's cleaned up. But in the opposite regard I've got a buddy that lives in Las Vegas, the district he's in has a city funded crime scene clean up crew. For my area it was us turn over guys that had to do all the surface work and fill out work orders to hire contractors to rebuild what we just tore out. Like we gut that wall and fixed the electrical, had carpenters throw up the wall in one afternoon. The hardest ones are bleed outs. One guy dragged himself down a hallway just gushing through the sub floor. The other guy got shredded point blank in the kitchen. He didn't bleed much for what ever reason so that was a easy Clean up versus replacing a entire sub floor. That specific one has footage floating around somewhere I saw back in the day on Facebook. It was "sparks police department", Not Reno. It's my home town and my brother in law works for spd, there's quite a bit more to this story but the bottom line is the guy on the receiving end of those shots won't be missed. Shocker right....
