I've only been playing for little while since Predator: Hunting Grounds was made free for PS Plus this September and I feel the Katana being B Tier is appropriate. I thought it'd be good because of its bleeding factor, but after accidently selecting the Elder Sword rather than the Katana, I've come to realise that the Katana just isn't as viable in some situations. I'd prefer to run Elder Sword and Combi Stick, or use Elder Sword with the Net Gun, Bear Traps and maybe use the Trapper perk.

Imo the game slowing down the frames when the disc is deployed hurts it. And combined with the fact it can be destroyed drops it to A tier. I would put shoulder cannon on S because of the range and quick firing.

Lordy should review reddit posts or YT comments about layouts for fire team and predator and review the good and bad to help improve them, and improve the persons game; and they should rank them small piggy as in needs work and big piggy as in Lordy approves!

I know it's a year later, but I'm finally playing this game! Have been playing fireteam and one of my recent matches, we came up against an ultra-heavy pred. He was wielding the war club primarily, and while it SUCKS to get hit by that, he was really sluggish so it was NOT hard to keep out of his melee range. I think I would have to agree with it in D tier. While it DEFINITELY sucks to get hit by that thing, once you're aware of it you can take appropriate action and remove the danger from it completely.

The Plasma Caster, or Shoulder Cannon is the more badass and efficient weapon to have , but I've always like the Combat Spear, The Throwing Disc, and The Wrist Blade.

I know this is old but the plasma cannon is a dead giveaway and won’t work well with any class other then berserker and Viking or any high hp predators, for example scout is really vulnerable so it will just lead to its death. So it’s only good when used with high hp predators and an exception to decently high hp predators, therefore your very wrong.

Na, there is a glitch where the preds model disappears so he gains true invisibility. Not his cloak or from crouching. It makes it insanely challenging to land shots.

@@Eshtian no he was bum rushing, standard berserker, but you just couldnt see him. Whatsoever. No shimmer, no shadow, nothing. We were able to damage him by guessing and taking potshots but that was it.
