I was gonna comment the exact same thing. He’s usually one of the first wrestlers named when talking about WWE legends that haven’t been inducted into the HOF yet. While he was far from a perfect wrestler, he was still a huge name throughout the early 90s to 2000s. Considering he’s recently passed to add on to that, I think Sid should be in strong consideration to be inducted next year.

I agree with all of your choices here, Santi, but there are two posthumous inductions that I feel need to happen. You mentioned Bray Wyatt, and I feel that this year is the only right time to do it outside of waiting for an anniversary of his passing (4 years from now, maybe). We also lost Sid this year and he is surprisingly not already a hall of famer. I feel that both of them are candidates who are must haves.

Although having Cena as a Hall of Famer during his Retirement run sounds great. I think a good farewell, followed by the anticipation for a Hall Of Fame induction could lead to an amazing moment in 2025 WrestleMania Weekend, where it is rumored for a UK WrestleMania, which Cena advocated for but won’t compete at, it will be a good moment for him to be there for his induction. Just my opinion though

I think the headlining inductee should be Bray Wyatt, it just feels perfectly right with the current landscape of the WWE roster and stories. I would love to agree with you Santi but, there's a problem. Problem is I got to see Stone Cold start to finish. The Rock start to finish. Taker start to finish. Brett Hart tag team specialist to the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be. An argument to can be made for CM Punk to be on the wrestling Mount Rushmore. If I had only had Cena to start with then it would be an easy yes for best ever. He surely carried the company on his back but they all to a greater or lesser extent, ride on the shoulders of the guy that the modern day wrestling landscape was built on. HULK HOGAN!
