We need a variety of both solo films and crossovers films to spice things up and to let the MonsterVerse last longer. Also, they should label everything from Godzilla 2014-Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire as phase 1 and have the movies be in a physical dvd box set classified as Phase 1 and to have future phases’ movies have phase box sets as well. 😍🥰💯

I love how batshit insane gxk was but if the monsterverse is gonna keep growing I feel at least some of the movies need to have decent characterwork and themes. Like I don't see anyone outside of the dedicated fanbase going out to see a mothra or rodan movie unless it's actually a compelling movie. I'm not saying they should try to make them cinematic masterpieces over fun monster action but there needs to be some sort of hook besides the fact that Godzilla and Kong are cinematic icons.

I’ll be real with you, I don’t think Jet Jaguar or Gigan are a good idea for the monster verse. Hedorah would be great, although Biolante I think fits the monsterverse style the best. I do agree having Kong be absent is a good idea, like how in the MCU not every hero was always present

the problem with pacific Rim being incorporated is that that world is so different from the one established in the Monsterverse. in pacific rim all the kaiju are from a alien hive mind from another dimension where as the monsterverse the kaiju are all their own individual creatures or species who are much more like real animals than pacific rims video game style drone type kaiju but i do really think its time to incorporate another franchise so this whole universe isn't just Godzilla and Kong. maybe they can give characters solo movies. maybe Mothra can carry a solo film here in the west I'm not sure though after KOTM i think WB and Legendary are weary on if Godzilla himself can even carry a solo film anymore hens why there isn't really any talk of a Godzilla 3 but rather a Godzilla/Kong 3

I "love" the supposed Godzilla elites who claim to only respect the purest omages to the character's past films, like minus one or Shin... Only to completely overlook all the silly, campy shit from the Showa and Hesei eras that's clearly present in the new monsterverse movies. Such hypocrites. Like true fans of the characters haven't rocked with all their interpretations.
