Why the upper limit showing inf?

While Running the Generate Trend Analysis an error message of 99999 and then it mentions that the input dataset doesn't have enough points for regression and even though I used an older project that worked I still received the same error. Could you please highlight what could be done to solve the problem

Officially released nighttime lighting data ( DMSP or viirs ) are purely 2D raster data. How to create NetCDF data files with time dimensions for trend and forecast analysis based on their full year records ? Look forward to your reply and answer. Thank you very much !

You do not need to create a NetCDF to do the analysis. You can refer to the third video here to create the multidimensional CRF that is used in the following video: www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/imagery/create-multidimensional-raster-data/

You are doing it on ArcGIS pro, can this be done on arcMap?
