I like your videoes, informative and easy to understand. Thank you for making and uploading them. The sound however is very high pitched sometimes. I have located the "whistle"-noise to be around 4kHz for those of you who have an equalizer you can adjust on your PC. Also, this is something the author should check into for future videoes. It is fairly easy to adjust in postproduction, and it would greatly improve the quality.

***** Thanks. Unfortunately the software I have access to has no 'post production' or post editing facility. It simply sends out the recording.Anthony

Thank you for videos. But, i have a question in the last slide. In the last slide, 'the consequence of ad hoc fixes' corresponds to the case of PID control. dose it?

I know it's not the "college way" at all - but are there any videos that take you through a REAL WORLD process, and use the actual inputs and outputs to implement a predictive control method from start to finish. Using REAL numbers and parameters like flow-rates, pressures, etc.? At video #4 I had to stop, because I felt it wasn't getting me closer to how I would actually implement the use of MPC in the real world. For instance, where do these calculations take place? In a PLC? A special software? On paper?

please sir , i will love you to share light on how to go about these objectives · Develop classical systems identification tools for predictive control using exact fit criterion. · Derive classical systems identification tools for predictive control using least square fit criterion. · Develop intelligent systems identification tools for predictive control using neural network approach. · Derive adaptive control laws for three (3) degree of freedom helicopter simulation using the developed identification tools. · Compare the performance of the developed system identification tools.
