It's an argument people that are bad at video games and/or lazy make. You can play it casually, I play a lot competitive games casually because I don't care if I win or lose I just have fun and try to slowly get better. He's just incredibly entitled and narcissistic. His argument is also hyperbolic like always. You can get good at street fighter by playing a couple hours a week, you just have to actually try to analyze what you are doing and learn from your mistakes instead of rage at everything. You won't be EVO level, but you can still hang online.
