Though after covid I had gained weight with unhealthy habits of ordering take away. And IF became so tough. But when I see you and Suri Sahab, Urvashi and Bhanu (which I came to know through your channel) speaking about your IF inputs on regular vlogs, it pushed me to be regular with mine. And STILL DOES! It’s good to be alert but one rule don’t hold ur phone in ur hand when in the tube also biggest tip if u carrying money and cards whilst travelling always put in a waist pouch which strap under your clothing onto your tummy
