I'm working towards getting mine. At the moment, I have pepper spray & stun gun. My stunner stays charged. You just never know these days. These Kangs are the main reason why I put my daughter in martial arts- she's 12yrs. Even males in middle school/high school are horrible to girls in & out of school. My daughter recently had to change schools going to middle school in the suburbs. Her first week there, she was trying to walk home (we live 10 mins away) and she got surrounded by middle school boys saying disgusting things to her. She was in 6th grade at the time and super innocent, so she didn't understand what they meant. She only understood how uncomfortable she was and immediately told me when she got home. Just shameful. If I could home school her, I would I reminded her that if any boy touches her inappropriately, she has my permission to utilize her martial arts skills and defend herself. Period.
