I am going to love telling the story of how my gentleman & lady date turned into a love triangle situation due to the carriage house. Can you use the carriage house with the suite tiles? Because an extra character in a suite is wonderfully scandalous but potentially too strong... also, the renovated kitchen definitely looks super-strong. Going to try it if I see it and have a high-rep guest in hand.

Oh, I really do not like take-that actions directed at other players in games. Hmmmm. I didn't think this game had this mechanic.

That is the only tile with such a mechanic. Those who feel the same way you do simply disallow the 'steal' action.
