What does the formation at 4:00 represent?

It is the setup for the "Boiler up" so that the band can move to that formation withing 8 counts of finishing the visitor's fight song (unless its IU which the IU fight song is skipped)

@@johnnyghost9614 We don't play the IU fight song only because of the IU pep band that is there. For any opposing school we will play their fight song if they don't have a band at Ross-Ade
