My daughter who is 28, never been preg. PCOS. She has been trying for 3 yrs now. We both went Keto a couple of years ago, she has lost 95 lbs so we thought she would ovulate but she didnt. Did Clomid for 6 cyles at our fam doc, didnt ovulate. Went to a OB, Letrozole 7 days 5 pills a day, didnt ovulate. Went to a fert clinic, she did 5 cycles so far, 10 days of 5 pills of Letrozole and trigger. Never got preg. Well she thinks she had a chemical this last month. About 3 weeks or so ago I told her NO MORE CHEATING! She would eat crap a few times a week while trying to get preg and spending hundreds and now thousands. She hasnt cheated once in the last few weeks. She decided to take a cycle off. Then she said I feel my eggs growing! I was like see momma knows best :) Anyway, she took a LH test which she has never gotten a peak without drugs and she got a peak! Now she has a progesterone test on Monday more out of curiosity if she can ovulate on her own as long as she is strict Keto.

Yea, they can happen before AF is due (period) positive for 1 or 2 days and then vanish, with either spotting or no spotting.

A little girl at almost 10 weeks - since then I’ve had chemical after chemical - for a total of 7 losses.. it’s just the last 3 have been 3 straight cycles in a row. It’s got to mean something that I keep getting pregnant … I mean right? Now I just need to focus on calming my immune system so it stops attacking my babies - I am convinced that is what is happening here! Especially bc during implantation of 2 of my chemicals (that I noticed & am aware of) I broke out in a rash on my skin which I read can be a sign my immune system is not handling it well … I keep thinking oh lord please do not let me need an organ transplant right not bc I will surely die lol but I’m all seriousness thank you! I’ve never eaten terrible - but this is going to be so much better for me I just know it !

With this pregnancy I knew it was different, I was a lot sicker a lot sooner so I knew we were starting off on a good foot. But assuming it's different for you, all you can do is try your best for your baby and the rest is out of our control unfortunately. how have you been feeling?
