did you notice that most of these families that are blessed with this joy , have dogs. My parents never had dogs ( well they gave my sister and I a retriever puppy for 3 days and then my mother decided she could not put up with the mess ) or pets of any description they were very closed off people generally I never remember family of friends visiting them and in hindsight they were probably very depressed people.

Ide be mad if the father in the second was my own. Not simply because he showed little interest in being a grandfather. But the gift was for him and they practically begged him over. The poor lady just wanted to open it with him together, which was adorable, and he nodded and huffed "open it." I get that fathers have some sense of superiority and that masculinity means "mustnt have emotion, musnt take part in simple nice gesture" but come on. Even if it were for a small white mug and my father did that I would go off.

+Ruby... if you use scissors to cut a pizza, you should accept the fact that you will be ridiculed. You know what works better than scissors? A fucking knife. I even bet you could use a fork or a spoon to finish that job. Utensils make a much more sensible option--I dunno about your family. but, in mine, we use utensils at the dinner table. No one in my family has ever said, "Hey could you pass the scissors? I can't separate these pizza slices." And, if they had, they should be sent off for a mental capacity hearing immediately.

To reply to bubgum00, no, what most men want to know is why women have to jump around, scream, cry and act all hysterical when they hear that someone is pregnant. Men don't do that because we don't really give a damn, we'd much rather watch a ballgame on TV, than hear that someone is pregnant. Getting all hysterical is a woman's thing, not a man's, so don't expect a man to scream, jump around, and cry over something that is a normal, everyday thing. Now seeing a baseball player hit a grand slam home run or a football player making an incredible catch and run for a touchdown, THAT'S something to get excited about!

I only watch football or boxing, and there weren't any football games or boxing matches on at the time I was watching these videos, so to pass the time, I watched some of these videos. Oh, and also, my daughter just let me know that she is pregnant with twins, so I thought that I'd watch some videos of pregnancy announcements, just to see how others reacted to these type of announcements.
