Hey!! This video is much needed for me at the moment!! I was using Chemist at play Azelic acid + Niacinamide, Chemist at play Lactic acid, Minimalist lactic acid, Nykaa Skin RX vitamin c 20%. Although the key actives r safe, the other additional ingredients included don’t seem to be safe. I’m confused n stopped using these since I tested pregnancy positive! Can u let me kno if these r safe or not!

Okay, I have few questions and I'd really appreciate it, if you could guide me through. 1)In your 'De-construct' video, you recommended the Alpha Arbutin and Niacinamide product for pigmentation. So, I wanted to know if that would be my way to go or Minimalist's only A.Arbutin serum? 2)What age would you recommend starting usage of retinol? 3)Serum before moisturizer, yes?

1) The deconstruct one is much more beginner friendly since the percentage of AA is lower. You can build up tolerance upto the Minimalist one of you like. 2) 24/25 onwards. 3) cleanser, toner (optional), water based serums ( your usual serums like niacinamide, etc) followed by cream based or oil based serums (let’s say if at all you’re using a cream based or an oil based retinol) and then moisturiser. If you’re using oils that come at the end. The thumb rule is light to heavy!
