What helps with the dog situation. When you're nursing, always be sure to touch the dog or pet it even if your feet are snuggling the dog. It helps them feel like they arent being ignored.

I would consider y’all look into like Mother’s Day out! It’s a great way for babies to interact and see other people and babies and it’s like 2-3 days. It helps them become social. Not sure if y’all have that in Utah!!

I would definitely recommend taking birth classes if you can! They are so informational and ours included a breastfeeding class that was super helpful!

Do you watch Sarah’s day, you should if you don’t ? She just shared a vlog of her dog meeting her baby for the first time. I also had a dog named Bella when I had my daughter, we gave her to my husbands grandma because she turned territorial over my husbands attention. I think it really depends on the breed.
