Congrats!! I’m due with my first on April 13th and we found it’s a boy. It’s crazy to know people that are pregnant at the same time as you and to hear their symptoms. When you are pregnant you pee more because your uterus is literally pushing on your bladder. So the bladder cannot stretch as much and hold as much urine, so you just need to empty it more often. Cheers so happy for you love!

I am honestly so happy for you guys, I know the pain you have gone through this year and for you to receive this kind of light is just magical. My husband and I tried for years and we had finally adopted and I thought I had a hernia which ended up being my daughter lol she was born the day before my sons first birthday, go figure. My best friends mom had told me, see everything does happens for a reason, you weren’t meant to get pregnant until your son came to live with you and ever since I have noticed how true that is. Being able to share this with your sister is just so special. Kids will make Christmas time so joyous I promise. Congratulations my dear!!!

When my aunt lost her son, her daughter had her first granddaughter and she always says that my cousin sent her granddaughter to her to help with the pain! That story has always stayed with me and I always compare my losses to her story and it always helps me! Hope your nephew and your baby can help with that loss! Try adding flax seeds , chia seeds, and eating prunes. Sounds like a a lot but I used the chia seeds and flax seed in my food and ate prunes occasionally. Those were game changers when I was prego lol

I didn’t do a gender reveal for my second pregnancy, since we unexpectedly lost the first boy in the second trimester we decided not to get too excited. For my third, I wanted to do a gender reveal and my sons godmother was supposed to look at the results and set it up but her appalled reaction to seeing it was another boy gave it away lol. I’m on my 22nd week, and I was suffering with bad constipation too! Things that do wonders: prunes, 4-5 pcs. about 30 mins after food, same for the beetroot, cooked or raw (may be grated for a salad with carrots), fermented cabbage, fenchel tea. Carrots as a snack help with heartburn. I hope it helps! Wishing you light pregnancy and easy delivery ❤️
