Baked mac n cheese:
Oven at 350°
Boil pasta in salted water
Drain
Add 1 beat egg
Half stick butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
3-4 cup any cheese you like
Mix together good
Add salt and pepper to taste
Top with more cheese
Cover with foil for 30 mins
Uncover for 10 mins
