Love it that Ivor has done full research on which products are safer during pregnancy. I did the same during 2nd month of pregnancy and all my morning sickness/vomiting symptoms went away. So maybe that is why Alanna didn't get those symptoms. You guys will make such good parents as one parent researches and other does not disagree, other adjusts for the betterment of baby. Love that you are inspiring other people to do the same.

just on the joints question also while you're baby is growing you are losing your bone density (aka they be melting to help build the baby) so thats why they say you lose worth 5 years of calcium so you definitely need eat the good stuff after baby is born xx

India doesn’t have dual citizenship btw. At best, the kid can get an OCI card since Alanna presumably has held an Indian passport +grown up in India

Regarding the baby's citizenship you could get the baby an OCI card (overseas citizenship of India) that's what i have and its basically like a citizenship because India doesn't allow for dual citizenship would definitely recommend you guys to do your research on it and decide what would be best for you

Hi I am studying Law rn. In the Constitution of India it is mentions that Indians can only have single citizenship so your child cannot have the citizenship of both US and India together it can either have US and some other state that allows dual citizenship or Just India.
