सबसे पहले आपका pregnancy test Positive आया है इसलिए आपको कोई भी Excessive वजन नहीं उठाना है। इस पर आपको पेट पर झुक कर काम भी नहीं करना है। जब भी आप झुकना चाहते हो तो आप आपके निस में से झुकके वही काम कर सकते हो। ताकि झुकने के बाद आपके पेट पर Pressure नहीं आयेंगा।

अगर आप पहले से ही Exercise करते हो तो आप वह Continue कर सकते हो। वो exercise जैसे की Walking, Running आपको बंद करने की जरुरत नहीं है। पर अगर आप नई exercise अब शुरू करना चाहते हो तो वह Risky हो सकता है।

Pregnancy के पहले तीन महीने travelling Allowed नहीं है। इसका मतलब यह है जो travelling की आपको पहले से आदत है वो travelling को आप continue रख सकते हो जैसे की Office आना-जाना। Outstation travelling avoid करना चाहिए।

Pregnancy के पहले तीन महीने आप Sexual Contact रख सकते हो। पर उसकी Frequency कम हो तो अच्छा है।
