I would highly recommend trying out the therapy massage bar from lush, its so soothing and amazing for scaring and stretch marks because of the lavender in there! Its wonderful for using after pregnancy as well and for travelling as its solid, give it a go! CONGRATS

I have the exact same problem with my weight, i am 18 now and ive been the same weight for about 3 years, im so self conscious and paranoid about my weight i just cant seem to put it on! Id recommend the liquids over the tablets for reflux. My doc really swore me off the tablets in both pregnancies. Apparently they are linked to other problems, i cant recall what off my head but it was enough to freak me out

hi, I'm pregnant as well and suffering from reflux! its the worst! my doctor told me that rennies couldn't be used during pregnancy an it was only gavascon due to a change in ingredients. Not trying to freak you out as you may have been told differently! Hope it settles down xxx
