Staying hydrated really IS key, pregnant or not, and three litres of water are the perfect amount. I used to share a flat with neuroimmunologist, and she always said that aside from avoiding substance abuse and not letting yourself get morbidly under- or overweight, drinking lots of water is pretty much the primary thing you can do to reach maximum energy levels and to give your body a chance to age well and reach old age healthily.

As long as your blood tests come out good so thats great! I drank too much water during first pregnancy and it actually did flush out tons of minerals and i needed to take a ton of vitamins afterwards 😅

When I was pregnant with my now 20 month son Phoenix, I was in love with water, I had to take water everywhere with me, if I didn’t have a bottle with me while I was out and about I would get physical anxiety it was so strange, like I would panic because I didn’t have water 😂

Not pregnant and I try to drink 2.5L of water daily, I get dehydrated really easily in the last few years so better safe than ending up in the emergency room again with severe dehydration after 24 hours. Kieran at the end is super cute, can feel the love without ye needing to say a thing.

I think it depends a lot on the person. I do not sweat in general that much and so I also don't shower every day after my workout. I don't have the time (I have a hard time taking showers) and it's now good for my hair.🤷‍♀️ Do what works for you and makes you feel the best!!💕
