I'm a Christian girl who went from being terrified of sex from the church, to waiting until marriage. I hate sex. 28 weeks pregnant pelvic pain just started two days ago The excessive waddling I just stopped doing that and omg at first it’s hard but smal steps and move slowly thank you soooo much no pain while walking I was in soooomuch pain 😢 I’ll be doing these exercises god blesssyou thank you❤️

I wasn't able to breastfeed my first child for multiple reasons. The main were that my midwives were AWFUL and shoved a bottle in my son's mouth the literal second he was born without my consent and after that he wouldn't latch to my breast. I had everything prepared for breast feeding ( breast shaped teats, pump etc) and had to start all new freshly postpartum. I felt immense guilt over not breastfeeding my son but I've now come to except that it wasn't my fault my midwifes were awful. I'm now preparing for baby number two and I am Determined to not be bullied like I was last time 💜

Oh I feel this so hard 😭😭 I'm so miserable and am becoming depressed bc I cannot do anything. Getting in/out of car, bed, walking, stairs. My foot swells really bad so I limp which makes it worse 😭😭
