Sometimes you can accidentally do it! I have done that before on videos where your finger slips and you thumb it down. I did it to a real sweet video once and it was the first thumbs down. Once you do it, there is no going back :(

Thank you for your feedback. Baby's joints are very flexible and can cause a popping noise. Although I have to admit I am not that familiar with this. I have talked to a few expectant parents and they have experienced this as well. No one is entirely certain but we think that it is the little flexible joints just popping. I might add that this is not dangerous or hurtful to the baby. Please let us know if the popping continues after birth. Thank you and kind regards. Monica

Dear Shyne, Thank you for contacting us. If you had chicken pox previously in your life or have had immunization then it is very likely this will not harm your baby. It sounds as though you have been checked with detailed ultrasounds to rule out any defects and to make sure baby is growing as expected. There is no way of knowing for certain until baby is born but only a very small percentage of babies are affected. I wish you well. Kind regards Monica

Dear Ghazal, Thank you for contacting us. If the itching persists I would ask your doctor, it depends in part on the cause. If your itchiness is just from your skin stretching or being dry, these simple measures may be enough to give you some relief: Avoid hot showers and baths, take an occasional warm oatmeal bath, use unscented moisturizers, avoid going out in hot weather and wear loose cotton clothing. For swelling and back ache try to keep your feet elevated whenever possible.

Don’t do exercise? Take baths? This is like the exact opposite advice from every other medical professional. Ladies, keep going for walks it’s good for you and baby and much better than sitting around resting increasing risk of blood clots. And if you are going to take a bath make sure it isn’t hot, so I don’t know how enjoyable it will be.
