On this weeks interview Samuel sits down with LeMarra who has property in her roots and talks about her journey from a £1 Crash Course to joining the Academy and securing 5 Rent-to-Rents in the last 12 months.
From attending the Crash Course during Maternity leave (with baby 2) she discusses how the journey has changed her life and talks with Samuel about how she juggles running a property business, being a mum and still has a successful day job in child psychology.
The Rent-to-Rent strategy has given her cash flow, with little money down, enabled her to plan bigger and will help her realise her dream of marrying property investment to her purpose. Listen as she describes her plans for BRR and HMO strategies to give back to those that need it.

if i was to join to academy dose that include the other courses e.g a selection of the £995 online ones or £1995 ones or would u still have to buy these seperatly? Could someone just jump onto the academy or would it be of no benefit without doing the courses first.
