Coffee: fine to drink while pregnant as long as you don’t go too overboard Alcohol: the baby has to also metabolise whatever you drink and there’s no safe level because different people/babies respond differently Sushi/deli meat: could contain listeria which can kill the baby but depending on what you eat the risk probably isn’t high (I just had the final exam for my degree in this lmao)
