With the exception of outliers such as the adult T. rex, tyrannosaurs were amongst the theropods best adapted for running and were likely pursuit predators. Ironically, the "running lizards", the dromaeosaurids, don't shows the same adaptation and were likely mostly ambush hunters.

I wonder if Nanuqsaurus had a thicker coat of feathers in winter than it did in spring and summer like a lot of birds do today. This is a fantastic Nanuqsaurus hunt and I wonder what species the Ornithomimid would be. Intermediate Ornithomimid bones are known from the Prince Creek formation where Nanuqsaurus is found along with Pachyrhinosaurus and Ugrunaaluk (now known as a species of Edmontosaurus). Lambeosaurine fossils are found in the Prince Creek formation too. Footprints of Gruipeda are also known and that is fascinating since Gruipeda is a representation of a small bird in the region. At the time of this comment only footprints are known of the bird.

This clip is cool. In the Ice Worlds episode of Prehistoric Planet (2022) it showed a pack of Nanuqsaurus hunting some Pachyrhinosaurus in Alaska in the Late Cretaceous (Later the Prince Creek Formation) but in Prehistoric Planet 2 (2023) episode North America it showed a mother Nanuqsaurus in Alaska in the Late Cretaceous (Later the Prince Creek Formation) hunting some Ornithomimus for her offspring. These clips show that Nanuqsaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus and Ornithomimus lived in social groups, herds and families and were not solitary. The relatives of Nanuqsaurus include other Tyrannosaurs like Tyrannosaurus, Tarbosaurus, Yutyrannus, Qianzhosaurus, Daspletosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Albertosaurus and Alectrosaurus while the relatives of Pachyrhinosaurus including other Ceratopisans like Ticeratops, Styracosaurus, Centrosaurus, Protoceratops and Psittacosaurus plus other Ornithominds like Struthomimus, Deinocherius and Gallimimus did something similar. We are learning a lot about Tyrannosaurs, Ornithominds, Ceratopisans and other Coleurosaurs and Ornithschians and their paleontology, natural history and paleobiology by studying their fossils.

The behind-the-scene for the Ice World episode implies that the Nanuqsaurus hunt in packs only during the winter, when hunting larger preys becomes easier and a necessity. They’re feathers. Also “reptile” is a pretty meaningless term taxonomically, as it’s a paraphyletic grouping. Dinosaurs are more closely related to birds than they are to lizards or even crocodilians.

Learn about the Islamic religion. We were not created in this life in vain. We were created for a great purpose, which is to worship Allah alone. Islam is a religion that teaches you how to be a good person. I want to tell you that there is eternal life after death and there is also heaven and hell. If you are a non-Muslim, you will go to Hell and you will never enter Paradise, but if you are a Muslim, you will go to Paradise and stay there forever. Islam is the religion of Allah . You must be a Muslim.

How do you know your religion is the real one, when there's over 4 000 different religions in the world? What if the other gods in the other religions are real, and yours are made up stories written by primitive people long ago?

@@mitkoogrozevYou know what's ironic. Many of the scientific and mathematic principles we use, such as Trigonometry, were created by Islamic scientists. They would probably be disappointed with people like this.

imagine taking out religion on a documentary about majestic Prehistoric Animals💀. BRUH, this is why a lot of people hate overly religious people in the internet, they just take everything way too seriously. (Edit: even me as a muslim, I'm offended the fact that this guy just straight up bring religion while i'm just minding my own business watching the mother Nanuqsaurus feeding her baby).

What because birds can't fly and also run for miles at a time? Ostriches cover insane ground at a time why wouldn't ornithomimids. And for Nanuqsaurus, Tyrannosaurs where likely great sprinters, the weight of Rex would have made it less so but smaller species like Nanuqsaurus or Qianzosaurus would have been very speedy and efficient
