Hi, Didi I've come back to post my feedback on the above explained DIY remedies. My hair fall has been visibly reduced to 50%. I've used the spray twice, Tuesday and Wednesday. Today, on Thursday, I applied the Fenugreek paste and washed my hair with plain water. I just applied some leave in conditioner post hair wash.
